Job Description:
|
|
The AODA Residential Program Assistant is responsible for the implementation of program objectives, monitoring health and safety of clients and maintaining oral and written communication relevant to program operations.
|
|
Qualifications:
|
|
High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual (Spanish-English) desirable. Experience in the human services field desirable. Personal automobile available for job-related transportation. Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
|
|
Requirements:
|
|
Ability to communicate with persons from diverse cultural and socio-economic background. Adhere to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Provide required individual and program record keeping in a timely manner such as logs, client files, and incident reports.
