Rockwell Automation is a committed supporter of the United Community Center. Located only 8 blocks from the UCC campus, Rockwell Automation is an invested corporate neighbor giving back to the community. Rockwell Automation not only provides fiscal support but also provides a dedicated volunteer force and encourages the individual involvement of its employees in the local community.
This past year, over 50 Rockwell employees participated in several United Way’s Days of Caring volunteer projects at UCC. These eager volunteers did everything from reading to our first grade students, to painting part of our Adult Day Center, to creating flowerboxes for our women’s residential house.
UCC and community residents are fortunate to have such a responsible and generous corporate steward to call Milwaukee its home.
