The next step is to fill out the Volunteer Application Form (PDF / Word Document), Volunteer and Agency Agreement, and Background Check Forms (Disclosure and Criminal History, required for all volunteers over 18 years old). Please fill out this information and return it to Gladys Torres by email, fax, mail, or in-person.
Once your forms have been reviewed, you will be contacted for orientation. All volunteers need to attend a brief (35 minute) orientation session, during which you will take a tour of UCC programs, discuss your placement and position, and determine your volunteer start date and schedule.
