MPTV's 4th Street Forum - Who Needs a Neighborhood?

Originally airing on November 11, 2011, this installment of Milwaukee Public Television's 4th Street Forum entitled "Who Needs a Neighborhood" features UCC Executive Director Ricardo Diaz among panelists discussing home ownership and neighborhood development as keys to strengthening the community.


The last fifty years devastated many Milwaukee neighborhoods. But resilient, creative people are rebuilding. Are strong neighborhoods essential to successful lives? What's needed to create neighborhoods that nourish and motivate struggling people?
