UCC operates a licensed outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) treatment clinic with a bilingual, bicultural staff that is well-equipped to deal with the cultural sensitivities of Hispanic clients. The program utilizes certified SUD counselors, psychiatrists, and mental health clinicians for clients dually-diagnosed with SUD and mental health issues.
The clinic is open Monday–Friday. The program is a non-residential service totaling less than 12 hours of treatment. There is no fee for services to eligible, qualified candidates. For those who do not qualify for free services, there is a sliding fee scale based on client income, as well as insurance coverage for clients with appropriate coverage.
