Jordan Villegas, Neighborhood Development Coordinator

Jordan Villegas, Neighborhood Development Coordinator, leads UCC's First-Time Homebuyer program. In this role, he oversees a team of HUD-certified housing counselors, program operations, and partnerships with lenders and community organizations to expand access to homebuyer education, counseling, down payment assistance, and sustainable homeownership opportunities. Jordan believes in the power of collaborative leadership and works closely with local lenders and community organizations to create stronger pathways to homeownership for Milwaukee families.
A Milwaukee native and South Side resident, Jordan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies. He began his housing career at Acts Housing in 2021, where he most recently served as Homebuyer Coaching Program Manager, helping lead a team of housing counselors and developing programs and partnerships designed to help Milwaukee families achieve homeownership. In 2026, Jordan joined UCC to continue this work and further expand opportunities for Milwaukee families. His commitment to homeownership is also personal: in 2015, he became a first-time homeowner after receiving homebuyer education and down payment assistance through UCC.
