Tim Balke, Chief Compliance Officer
Tim Balke serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at United Community Center. A thirteen year tenured member of the agency, Tim is well versed within education and has 18 years of youth programming experience.
Under his leadership within a former role, the department team assisted over 500 students in graduating on time, receiving college acceptance and securing a total of $5 million in scholarship awards. He has been an invited guest speaker both locally and nationally, highlighting the innovative programming the Early Childhood department has accomplished.
Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Edgewood College and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Carroll University.
