William Gruver, Director of Finance
William Gruver serves as the Director of Finance at United Community Center since 2024. In his previous position as Financial Analyst, he financially oversaw more than 40 city, private, state and federal grants. Since William joined UCC in 2018, the accounts receivable cycle time has been significantly reduced and cash flow has increased.
He grew up in Caracas, Venezuela and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He is currently studying a Master of Business Administration in Non-Profit Management from Concordia University Wisconsin. William also oversees Homebuyer Program, School Meals Program and Café El Sol Restaurant.
In his free time, he likes to spend time with his family, travel to see new places, play soccer and video games, and also enjoy listening to music.
